In my 15+ years experience as change manager, project manager and department head I found  that managing people is the most challenging and the most rewarding aspect of any role. By coaching my staff and colleagues and see what is good for them inside or outside of the organisation, I have been able to increase retention rates and productivity. Most importantly the group dynamics and joy in the departments or projects increased.

I combine my work experience with my coaching skills and my training facilitation skills. This allows me to effectively work with groups as well as individuals.
